Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He is a member of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994. He's the daughter of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, where alongside three other students, he created the group he was a part of, White Eskimo. The group won at the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to the excellent performance. Though he's been fascinated by music, despite his passion, he was considering becoming a lawyer and the profession of physiotherapist. For a while he worked as a part-time baker in his city to help financially at home. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and sang Is not She Lovely, one of the Stevie Wonder song. He was picked. His group was forced to split up because of this. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles join a band called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. During the competition the band performed songs like My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls to be the winner. The group was in third place behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell did not win the race. However Cowell gave Harry Styles a 2 million pounds contract with Syco.
