Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur the state of Illinois on the 23rd July 1971, is a well-known and rich Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes, along with Krauss, were amongst the Grammy Award winners who were among the youngest. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July of 1971. Alison is an American bluegrass singer and country musician. She began her career in the industry at an early age winning local contests by 10, before recording her first album when she was 14 years old. The year 1985 saw her enrolled with Rounder Records and in 1987 she released her first solo album. In addition, she was invited to the group Alison Krauss Union Station where she still performs. Later, in 1989 her debut solo album was released together with them.
